Program Participation Agreement
Thank you for registering your child for a More Than Tabletop session. Our goal is not only to play games, but to help children develop thoughtful decision-making, communication, and resilience through modern tabletop games in a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment.
1. Participation
Children are expected to participate respectfully, follow facilitator instructions, and care for shared materials.
2. Health Information
Parents or guardians are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, behavioral considerations, or support needs that may affect their child's participation.
3. Drop-off & Pick-up
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is dropped off and picked up on time.
4. Assumption of Risk
While reasonable care will be taken to provide a safe environment, participation in group activities involves ordinary risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these ordinary risks.
5. Emergency Care
In the event of an emergency, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the parent or emergency contact. Emergency medical assistance may be sought if necessary.
6. Program Changes
More Than Tabletop reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to illness, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Registered families will be notified as soon as possible.
7. Agreement
By submitting the registration form, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the participating child and that you have read and agree to this Program Participation Agreement.
